RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
By placing an order with Top Lowrider, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Authorization Required
- All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from Top Lowrider. No exceptions.
- Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions before returning any merchandise.
- Any package returned without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
- Top Lowrider is not responsible for unauthorized returns.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Any shortages, incorrect items, defects, or shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returned merchandise must be received in new, unused, uninstalled, and resalable condition, in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, tags, and protective materials included.
- Merchandise that has been used, installed, modified, damaged, painted, altered, or is missing parts may be denied for return or may be subject to additional fees.
Shipping Charges
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For exchanged items, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Any return shipment sent freight collect, COD, or with postage due will be refused.
Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Customers choosing store credit instead of a refund will be subject to a reduced 20% restocking fee.
- Restocking fees help cover processing, handling, inspection, packaging, payment processing fees, and other costs associated with the original shipment and return.
- Refusal of delivery, failure to accept delivery, or return-to-sender shipments do not constitute order cancellations. Such shipments will be treated as returns and will be subject to all applicable restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Bicycles
- Special-order items
- Custom-built, modified, painted, or personalized products
- Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
- Used or installed merchandise
No exceptions unless required by law.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
- Customers are responsible for ensuring returned merchandise arrives safely.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and retaining tracking information.
- Top Lowrider is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% credit card processing and administrative fee.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined above, if eligible.
Right to Refuse Returns
Top Lowrider reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, refund, or cancellation request that does not comply with this policy.
Policy Acceptance
By purchasing from Top Lowrider, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
