By placing an order through Top Lowrider, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. We recommend that you review these policies before placing your order.


Hours of Operation:

Ø  A customer service representative will be available to answer your questions by email or phone in the following hours (PST):

Ø  M-F 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Ø  Sat. 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Ø  Sun. 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

 

U.S. Sales Online Only:

Ø  At this time, we only accept US order online or by phone.  

Ø  We ship to all US States.

Ø  For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, shipping cost are estimates of actual shipping cost, if extra shipping cost is required you will be contacted to pay for difference.

International Sales:

Ø  For international orders, we only accept PayPal verified payments, bank wire, or western union.

Ø  The address need to verified by PayPal, no exceptions.

Ø  All international orders need to be done by email or phone.

Ø  Please provide us with the following information for a shipping quote:

Ø  For your security, we ask for your correct billing address and security code for any online or phone order to be accepted.

Ø  Top Lowrider does not accept Checks or Cash on Delivery (COD). No exceptions will be made.

Sales Tax:

Ø  Top Lowrder is based within the state of California.

Ø  Our Californian customers are required to pay taxes at the current rate set by Los Angeles County.

Pricing:

Ø  At Top Lowrider, we strive to keep our prices as low as possible.

Ø  Unfortunately, due to dealer updates we may be required to change our prices.

Ø  We may change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Ø  We are willing to match another competitors advertising price* Please contact us for more details.

Product Availability:

Ø  Top Lowrider makes every effort to keep inventory updated on the website. However, we cannot guarantee availability.

Ø  If an item happens to be out of stock, Top Lowrider will contact you by email or by telephone.

Ø  The backordered item will ship once it is made available.

Ø   The exact date of the items availability will be an estimate only.

Ø   Please be informed that your card is automatically charged at time of purchase.

Ø  You may always feel free to contact us to check for the exact availability of an item.

 

Shipping

Shipping Time:

Ø  Orders are processed during our business hours.

Ø  Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. 

Ø  Depending on the volume of orders and time of year, it may take longer.  

Ø  Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Ø  Depending on your location, most orders are delivered within 3-10 Business days.  

Ø  Few orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Shipping Methods:

Ø  Top Lowrider ships via UPS and USPS.

Ø  The shipping company and shipping cost is determined by the items ordered.

Ø  Shipping method or shipping class may be changed at our discretion.

Ø  Items ordered together may be possible shipped separately.

Shipping Destinations:

Ø  We ship to all US States.

Ø  We ship Worldwide.

Ø  We do ship to APO or FPO boxes.

Ø  UPS does not ship to PO boxes. If you have a PO box, please provide us with both your PO box and physical address in order to make certain your order arrives.

Ø  Any change of address will incur a $12 rerouting fee per package once your order has shipped.

Tracking your Order:

Ø  Once your order’s tracking number is available, you will be emailed the tracking number to email address provided with the order.

Ø  We recommend you check your email inbox periodically.

Ø  You also may need to adjust your Bulk/Spam filter so you will be able receive our emails.  

Signature on Delivery:

Ø  Packages shipped from Top Lowrider do not require a signature.

Ø  Customers who choose the signature option will be charged an additional $3 fee for the service.

Ø  Top Lowrider is not liable for any products that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered.

Ø  Customers who provide an insufficient shipping address (e.g., missing an apartment number or suite number) or who fail to accept an order are responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Local Pick Up:

If you are local (Paramount, California), you can arrange to pick up an order.

Ø  There is a minimum order of $100.

Ø  There is a $5 fee to pick up any order.

Ø  Pick up has to be arranged ahead of time. 

Ø  You must pay when you pick up your order (cash or money order only).

Ø   Please contact us for more information.

 

Return/Exchange Guidelines

All Return and exchanges:

Ø  No return will be accepted without prior authorization. No exceptions.

Ø  You must contact us for authorization and proper return instructions.

Ø  Top Lowrider is not responsible for any returns done without prior authorization.

Ø  No returns will be accepted after (3 days) of receiving your order.

Ø  Any shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Ø  The buyer is responsible to ship back item in ALL CASES.

Ø  The buyer  will not be reimburse for shipping for original order.

Ø  All returns are subject to an inspection upon return to the warehouse. The returned  item

must be returned in unused brand new condition, in the original packaging, and with all accessories.

Ø  If merchandise are not in brand new condition, we cannot exchange them for you. In this case, you either will have to pay for the shipping to send them back or you lose your parts.

Ø  Any return that has postage due will be refused

Ø  All Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20%

Ø In Case customer need store credit Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 5%

Ø  Customers will be held responsible for shipping back the item and/or for us shipping new item. 

Ø  Refunded will be partial amount (original purchase amount MINUS the original shipping cost paid by the seller  MINUS 20% restocking fee),as this amount is non-refundable by USPS or UPS

Ø  If the item had original free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from total. 

Ø  No return for bicycles will be accepted. No exceptions.

Ø  We recommend you insure your package and save tracking information.

Ø  Top Lowrider is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the return shipping process.

Ø  A 5% credit card processing fee will apply to orders cancelled before being shipped.

 

Damages/Defects:

Ø  Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Ø   Customer must contact us by email. Needs to include the  following in the email:

Ø  Name

Ø  Order #

Ø  Daytime phone number

Ø  Item number of damaged item

Ø  Written description of damage

Ø  Pictures of damaged item

Ø  We will contact you by email within 2-3 business days.

Ø  No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

Ø  The buyer is responsible to ship back item.

Ø  Original defective item must be returned.

Ø  If defective item appears to be damaged by the buyer which has caused the item to be defective, or has been switched with another of the same item, no refund can be given.

Ø  Defective items are eligible for an exchange of another of the same item.

Ø  Determination will be made based on written damage claims and photos on a case-by-case basis

 

Incorrect Product Received:

Ø  Customer needs to contact Top Lowrider by email if the incorrect item has been shipped within 24 hour of receipt.

Ø  If we discover that you were sent the wrong item that is worth more the original item you ordered, you will be charged for the difference. 

Ø  Depending on the item, incorrect goods may or may not need to be returned. This will be determined when you contact us by email.

 

Refunds:

Ø  A refund for any return or price difference from an exchange will be issued within five business days of receiving the returned item.

Ø  Items should be in new condition and in their original packaging. If packaging is damaged or not available, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return.

Ø  Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs necessary to complete a return or exchange.

Ø  A 5% credit card processing fee will apply to orders cancelled before being shipped.

 

 

Expedited Exchange

Ø  Top Lowrider cannot exchange items without first receiving the returned items.

Ø  If you want to rush the exchange process, it is advised that you place a new second order the desired item or return item from original order.

Ø  We will then issue you a refund accordingly when the returned items are received.

QUESTIONS

 

Ø  Please read the item description, condition, and specification carefully and ask any and all questions prior to purchasing items.

Ø  Please allow 1-3 business days to get a response. 

Ø  If you do not find an item in our store that does not mean we do not have the item available. 

 
Return Instructions:

 

 
 
 
1. Send us an email to info@toplowrider.com. In the email include the following information:
 
         a. Name
 
         b. Order #
 
         c. Daytime phone number
 
         d. Items to be returned
 
         e. Reason for return
 
         f. Requested Action: Return for refund, Replace defective/damaged item,  Exchange for different size/color-please specify.
 
2. After we review and approve your return request, you will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #.
 
3. You will be emailed a pre-paid UPS label/ USPS Label. Depending on the freight company, you will
 
    need to drop ofat the necessary location. (You will be responsible for this shipping cost. It will be deducted from the return.)
 
4. Be sure to safely and securely pack the return and make certain item is in unused brand new condition,
 
    in the original  packaging, and with all accessories. If merchandise is not in brand new condition,
 
we cant accept  the return. In this case, you either will have to pay for the shipping to send them back or you lose your parts.
 
5. Please write the RMA # on the outside of the package so the package can be correctly directed to the right department in a timely manner.
